Program Overview

 

The mentoring program will include:

 

1. Common Sessions:

These sessions will lay a strong foundation on critical themes such as spiritual disciplines, personal vision, godly character, time management, emotional health, and purpose-driven living. Participants will be oriented to the biblical principles and life skills essential for holistic growth.

 

2. Individual Sessions:

To make the learning personal and practical, participants will also receive one-on-one mentoring to apply what they have learned, address specific challenges, and set meaningful life goals. These tailored sessions will help reinforce growth and encourage accountability.

 

3. Temperament Test:

Self-awareness is key to transformation. Each participant will go through a temperament test to better understand their God-given personality, behavioral patterns, and how they can best function in relationships, ministry, and vocation.

 

4. SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats):

This insightful exercise will help each participant assess their current standing, identify barriers to growth, recognize opportunities for advancement, and make informed, prayerful decisions about the next steps in their journey.

This journey will also include tools like guided journaling, reading plans, life planning templates, and spiritual check-ins—ensuring a well-rounded experience that is rooted in biblical truth and led by the Holy Spirit.
